AutoPulpit

Terms of service

Draft — published ahead of formal legal counsel review. It describes what the product actually does today, in plain language, but it is not a final, lawyer-reviewed agreement.

AutoPulpit is a product of Gethsemane Technologies LTD (“Gethsemane Technologies,” “we,” “us”). These terms govern use of AutoPulpit by a church, ministry, or organization (“you,” the “customer”) and the staff and volunteers it authorizes to use its account. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

What AutoPulpit is

AutoPulpit is a platform for running church operations from one login. Depending on what a customer enables, that can include:

  • Website Builder — an AI-generated church website with a free subdomain, drag-and-drop editing, and content import from an existing site or social profiles.
  • Forms — a no-code form builder for visitor cards, prayer requests, and event or volunteer sign-ups, with email notifications on submission.
  • Documents — storage and generation of church documents, with optional public share links a customer controls.
  • Attendance Manager — QR check-in for services, groups, and children's ministry.
  • AI Workflow Automation — trigger-based follow-up (new visitor, missed Sundays, birthdays) that drafts messages for staff to review before sending.
  • AI Command Center — an AI assistant for staff, scoped to a customer's own church data.

We're actively building AutoPulpit and may add, change, or retire individual features over time. Some capabilities (like AI graphics generation through a connected Canva account, or audio broadcast streaming) are in earlier stages of rollout and may not be available to every customer yet.

Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the church or organization you're signing up for.
  • You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
  • You can sign in with an email and password, or with a Google account.

Your responsibilities as a customer

AutoPulpit is built to hold information about the people your church serves — members, visitors, and anyone who submits a form or a prayer request. As the organization entering that information, you're responsible for:

  • Having a lawful basis and, where required, consent to collect and store that information — including information about children, entered through features like ministry check-in.
  • Complying with applicable law when messaging members or visitors by email, SMS, or WhatsApp through AutoPulpit's workflow features.
  • Reviewing AI-drafted content — messages, website copy, or generated documents — before it goes out publicly or to a member, since AI-generated content can be inaccurate.
  • The accuracy of the information you or your staff enter, and for using AutoPulpit only for legitimate church or ministry operations.

Plans and billing

AutoPulpit offers a Free plan and paid plans (Starter, Growth, and Pro), billed monthly or annually, plus custom Enterprise pricing for larger or multi-campus organizations. Paid plans start with a 7-day trial. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe.

  • We'll always tell you before anything is charged.
  • You can cancel a paid plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
  • Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
  • Some infrastructure add-ons (professional email, domain registration, SMS/WhatsApp messaging, online giving) are shown on our pricing page for transparency about what's coming, but aren't billable yet — you won't be charged for something you can't actually use.

Your content and data

You (or your church) own the content and data you put into AutoPulpit — your website copy, member records, forms, documents, and everything else. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide AutoPulpit's features to you. We don't claim ownership of it, and we don't use it to train models for anyone other than to operate your own account's features. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

AutoPulpit itself — the software, design, and underlying technology — belongs to Gethsemane Technologies LTD. These terms don't grant you any rights to it beyond using it as a customer.

Your website and subdomain

Every website built with AutoPulpit gets a free subdomain (for example, yourchurch.autopulpit.site). You're responsible for the content published on your site, including any images, forms, or pages you add or generate. We can reclaim a subdomain that conflicts with another customer's or that we've reserved for platform use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use AutoPulpit to:

  • Publish or send unlawful, harassing, or unsolicited content, including spam messages that violate applicable messaging or communications law.
  • Attempt to access another customer's data, or reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload AutoPulpit's systems.
  • Use AI features to generate content that impersonates someone without authorization or that violates law.

Third-party integrations

AutoPulpit lets you optionally connect third-party services, such as Canva. Using a connected service is also subject to that provider's own terms. Disconnecting an integration revokes AutoPulpit's access to it.

Termination

You can stop using AutoPulpit and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, is used unlawfully, or has an unpaid balance, and we'll try to notify you first except where immediate action is needed to protect AutoPulpit or others. What happens to your data after termination is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

AutoPulpit is under active, early development. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind beyond what we commit to directly in writing. AI-generated content (website copy, drafted messages, or documents) may contain errors and should be reviewed before you rely on it or send it to someone.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Gethsemane Technologies LTD's liability arising from your use of AutoPulpit is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be finalized with legal counsel], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We'll update this section once that's confirmed.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as AutoPulpit changes. We'll note the date at the top of this page and email account holders about material changes.
